By accessing or participating in the Kiyosito (ITO) protocol and its associated interfaces, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Kiyosito. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the platform.
1. Participation Requirements
Participation in the Kiyosito protocol is subject to compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. By accessing the platform, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction;
- You are not a resident of, nor accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where participation in token offerings, digital assets, or similar activities is prohibited or restricted by law.
2. Support & Assistance
User support is provided exclusively via official channels:
- Official support is handled via email: support@kiyosito.io.
- Kiyosito does not guarantee real-time assistance and does not provide live chat or automated ticketing systems unless explicitly stated.
- Financial Advice: Support requests are strictly limited to technical inquiries. Kiyosito does not provide financial, legal, or investment advice.
3. Ownership & Intellectual Property
Participation in the protocol does not grant any ownership, equity interest, or intellectual property rights in Kiyosito or any affiliated entity. All content, branding, software, and protocol architecture remain the exclusive property of Kiyosito.
4. Unauthorized & Illegal Use
You agree not to use the platform for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to:
- Money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or market manipulation;
- Violations of financial, securities, or cryptocurrency regulations;
- Any activity that compromises the protocol's integrity or infringes on the rights of others.
5. User Responsibility & Asset Security
In the decentralized environment, you are your own bank. You are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your wallet, private keys, and access credentials;
- Kiyosito does not custody user assets and has no technical means to recover lost credentials or reversed transactions.
- Any losses resulting from compromised wallets or user error are the sole responsibility of the user.
6. Account Suspension & Termination
Kiyosito reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or restrict access to the platform in cases of violation of these Terms, fraudulent conduct, or actions that may harm the protocol and its operational integrity.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Kiyosito is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
